Special Olympics

This organization is part of the global organization, whose purpose is to serve local athletes with intellectual disabilities, promoting respect, acceptance, inclusion and human dignity, through sport. They continue to improve and expand the quality, opportunity and accessibility of sport to individuals with intellectual disabilities. In addition, they strive to improve upon both the awareness and support of the community for the Special Olympics and all of the people involved.
